The context
I wanted a personal site that shows what I can do instead of listing it.
What I built
At the top, a real-time 3D room with my avatar, which I modelled in Blender. Below it, an ordered structure that is quick to read.
How it went
The site you are looking at. It works without WebGL and respects people who prefer less motion.
Technical deep dive
Next.js with React Three Fiber for the scene. The avatar is a .glb file compressed with Draco.
Content in Italian and English.
